Grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free
From free-ranged Angus cattle
The uniqueness of Argentinian beef is a testament to its’ rich and tender flavor. Its’ taste is also impacted by the extended lifespan of the cattle and the way they are raised and fed, making it one of the world’s best beef.
With 300,000 square miles of seemingly endless flat lands, La Pampa, a unique prairie in Argentina, is the perfect humid climate for permanently growing cow-friendly grass.
The cattle raised in La Pampa, graze happily and free. The result? A more flavorful, leaner and nutritious beef with less saturated fat and healthier Omega-3 fatty acids which offers less risk of cholesterol or heart disease.
Compared to feed-lot cattle, Argentinian cows are less likely to acquire and spread diseases as they are raised freely in grassy plains, therefore, less need to be treated with antibiotics.
Also, since La Pampa cattle are not provided with hormones, they are not forced to grow unnaturally, lending itself with a higher quality meat.
